"We stayed here in February of 2020. At that time the hotel was great. This past visit was disappointing. Supposedly the property had been completely renovated, but it was not as attractive as it had been in 2020. Also, even though there is a parking lot, we were charged for parking. On a positive note the staff was very nice. Overall, I would not recommend this property."

If I come across anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing place to stay I’m definitely going to send that way. "I was disappointed by the level of service at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Specifically, the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff was unhelpful when I approached them about cleanliness of the room. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality for the price paid. While the location is great, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found hair all over the bathroom door, towels, and shower walls. Stains on the sheets, which looked like bodily fluid. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, it was not addressed during my 3-night stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for any traveler, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I also spoke to another customer who said their room was disgusting as well. Got stuck in the elevator too and nobody helped us. I would not recommend staying here if you value customer service."

"Lousy! (1) No internet. (2) No coffee in the room. (3) bathtub was disgusting,,, did not use for that reason. (4) "free breakfast" was pathetic - powdered egges on the weekend with sausage links but only hard boiled eggs ( which I do not eat) on weekdays. My friend was three doors down from me and told me he kllled three cockroaches in his room."
