"Check in line took too long. No way to check in online is ridiculous. Our room was not clean, tub was dirty and plunger was broken. Trash left in the room. For the Omni I expect better. "

"Hotel looks worn out! And it’s obvious that there isn’t extra care given to the facility. Small example is the dead plants and empty planters at the front entrance. It’s not inviting at all. The room was ok but also very tired looking. Floor in the bathroom creaked really bad and everything looks old. The room and bathroom were clean but we have never slept in such a terrible, saggy bed. Won’t be staying here again! "
