"I stayed in 326, the stay was horrible from start to end. After checking in around 10:30pm the key wouldn’t open the room door. 1st Maintenance man had an attitude, 2nd guy was great. Heat in bedroom wasn’t working so no one was able to sleep in bedroom because it was too cold. Balcony door off track in sitting area. Hair dryer did not work. Tv channels did not match guide channels. Jacuzzi was dirty 1st day with no water the 2nd day. Inside pool had the top open up the whole time while cold and windy making kids cold and sick. I doubt I’ll be returning! "

"Yes it was looking out on the ocean, beach front, amazing. Rooms were nice, we had a room with full kitchen,,washer and dryer, nice size bathroom/ shower jacuzzi tub. Our room had two queen beds in one room then a fold out Murphy bed in front room. Small couch,,chair, with a 4 person table. TV in both rooms, cable, internet. Two outdoor heated pools,,two outdoor hot tubs. Plus heated indoor pool, and hot tub, with a small lazy river for small children. This will be our third year doing this, we will go back next march 2027 again. Plus they have their own dedicated parking lot right across the street from the hotel and they have private security on duty also. Further more there are plenty of places to eat real close to the hotel with very little driving, in a matter of minutes you can find your favorite food easy. This place is right on ocean blvd, in Myrtle beach SC, a lot to see and do. Or just relaxing. If you choose to cook in your room you are only 10 minutes from Walmart expresses, or other grocery stores for supplies. We will be going back it is always great. The only thing about this place is they are condos so they do not have room service such as ordering food, you will have to door dash etc etc, but like I said food is real close. But we will be back in 2027. "

"We had a 1st floor unit that was on the pier side of the property. The palms blocked our view of the ocean along with a car that parked outside our balconybut the room was clean and we enjoyed our 1 night stay. Parking was full and almost became an issue but we were lucky to find a spot by the office. "
