The location is excellent, with stunning views over the Royal Victoria Dock and easy access to the DLR for getting around the city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, giving a sense of elegance and comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was varied and tasty, though the dining area can get busy during peak times. had to line up for food that was at 8 am when they open for breakfast One small drawback was that some areas of the ship could use a little refresh, but overall, the ambience and uniqueness more than make up for it. If you’re looking for something different from a standard hotel, Sunborn London is a great choice. I’d happily return."

"The staff were briliant. Particularly Roman on reception, who went to great lengths to ensure I got a room I was happy with. Warm, friendly and efficient. The hotel is lovely. Clean and tidy - and a great view over the Thames to the o2. Thanks for a good stay"

"Room was clean, plenty of towels, would've been nice to have a small fridge, particularly in summer. Balcony was a lovely surprise and all, ALL the staff smiled and were very friendly. I could be cynical and attribute this to the new management 'bounce' but hope it shall continue as I am looking forward to return soon. "
