"Excellent location! The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and many of the area's main attractions. The tram stop is also just a short walk away, making it easy to explore other neighborhoods—we used it to visit Karaköy. The owners of the property are wonderful and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and even helped us book our Bosphorus tour. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is not what it claims to be. First of all, the hotel is categorized as a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel, which is also clearly displayed at the reception. I booked a Deluxe room, but I was initially given a Standard room on the 4th floor without any explanation. My first room was also not properly cleaned, and after checking it, the staff eventually had to agree. They did change my room without any problem, which I appreciated. However, changing the room did not solve the issues....

"The location is brilliant less tham 1 km to the harbour, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The staff are so helpful especially Murat. The Terrace view is spectacular for breakfast or evening cocktails. Would highly recommend and the pool is great after a day of sight seeing."

"Stayed at this hotel during a 22 hour layover in Istanbul. Cute boutique hotel with the best feature being the gorgeous views of the Black Sea! The hotel also arranged for airport pickup and drop off which went smoothly. Front desk checkin was fast and friendly. We also had a tasty Turkish breakfast with an omelet, bread, and an assortment of cheeses, sliced meat, fruits and vegetables. Lovely stay!"

"I loved every thing about the hotel.Burhan was very helpful and Mahmood and the chef at the restaurant make some scruptious dishes. The chicken wings was grilled to perfection. The hotel's breakfast was lovely. We will most definately visit again."

"6泊しました。ホテルは清潔で綺麗で大満足でした。特に17:00～19:00のハッピータイムでは、質の高い美味しい料理とお酒が食べ放題、飲み放題で最高でした。ただ一点だけ、地域柄なのかもしれませんが、周囲からの大音量ミュージック（バー？コンサート？？）が23時過ぎまで続くのにはいささか閉口しました。初めは金曜だから？週末だから？と翌日以後に期待していたのですが、結局連夜でした・・。でもまた泊まりたいホテルです。"
