"The pool and beach were clean, organized and always available. The room was always tidy clean and modern, the view of the main road Ashbourne was really nice. Access to entertainment and eateries were great. Would recommend a stay here to anyone ."

"The resort was in the perfect location for us. The rooms were clean always stocked with fresh towels the staff was very accommodating and the pool area was plush. The food in the cafe and sushi was amazing and the casino is a nice size. The Sheraton contributed to a fabulous birthday celebration in Puerto Rico. To mention the TMobile complex is across the street."

"The location was ideal close to walking distance from last strip by La Concha. The hotel is adjacent to other nearby hotels so there is no parking...you would need to pay a $33/day valet parking per day which was the part I wasn't happy about. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was eclectic with modern decorations and maintained very clean. They give you a daily discount that can be used in their on property restaurant can also be used at the bar which was really nice. I gave the rating of 4/5 because of parking, and the bathroom shower handle was very loose and not working optimal and the toilet holder was broken. Otherwise, everything was really nice at this hotel it was very serene and I had great nice rest during my stay. "
