"Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)"

"I Travel alone for work. For an executive or alone traveler its Ok. Its a small hotel, but very clean, modern and nice decour. For breakfast you have very near (walking), some very nice cafes with local or international food. It’s a bit lonely at night, so it’s better to go out to eat using Uber. The staff's service is very good."

"My friends and I stayed at the Sheraton in San Juan this weekend, and we had an amazing time! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly had a ball and created unforgettable memories. We had issues with the bathroom in our room, we didn’t have any hot water and subsequently didn’t have any water pressure or water at all. Also, we found hair in our shower.
