Great hotel in a great location. The vibe is in tune with the old San Juan location. The only negative is the main building elevator. It is old and a little flaky. This was our second time staying there and will definitely stay again.

Great location and value compared to other hotels nearby. Great service and rooftops were excellent. Definitely noisy at night downtown (as anyone would expect), with only real downside as water pressure…which might also be a challenge across Old Town. Bottom line is we would stay here again

Perfect location and the staff were great. The hotel is older but very clean and great character. Our room was small but did the trick pre-cruise. We walk to the cruise ship with our luggage. Should mention that there were a number of good restaurants close by but none at he hotel.
