"The best part of our stay was our view. We were there for 5 nights my husband and I. Two towels, 2 hand towels, two small pillows and a sheet and cover on the bed. We asked for another blanket and pillows. got one pillow and cover extra. Every day the bed was made and a pair of towels were given, trash taken out and that's it. Complimentary breakfast is green and red grapes, orange slices, bananas, hot tea, cereal, milk, oj, apple juice coffee, croissants and bagels with jelly, butter, and peanut butter spreads and a toaster to toast the breads thats all. AC worked well, water was strong, shower curain smells of mildew. quiet nights for the most part until like 630am when the private planes start zooming by or delivery trucks start reversing. There's no pool. Beaches are walkable distance. Parking is a walk but in the same building. there is a 24/7 place Ice cream an co. in Caribe Hilton that you have access to. everything seems to close at 10pm on weekdays its around the corner from entrance. Our stay was good. Lots of places walkig distance, bar, pizza, coffee. Last time we were in PR we stayed at the Condado Plaza which is across the lagoon and I will say Id rather have stayed there again! I wouldn't stay at the bahia again only if I had to. Wasn't bad but I'd rather choose somewhere else."

"Excelente servicio en todo el hotel, te cambian las toallas y organizan el cuarto de manera muy oportuna. En el área de piscina siempre está disponible gel para después del sol y protector solar. La barra de café y chocolate en las mañanas está muy buena, ubicada en el lobby. Nos dieron early checking y late checkout.estuvimos 5 días en pareja y los recomiendamos. Muy buena ubicación sector tranquilo a 7 minutos en auto del viejo san juan a 5 de tmobile"
