"The staff were helpful, informative, and incredibly welcoming! We arrived earlier than we expected and they offered to hold our luggage for us, while also giving us recommendations on places to eat or visit while we waiting for our room to be ready. They had a wonderful live piano performance in the lounge while we were served drinks at the bar. It truly made our visit so much more comfortable! I highly recommend this stay! "

They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. "I would say this feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The best part is its central location in Old San Juan. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and parking lots. The complimentary drinks at the bar and rooftop are nice perks. The lobby is nice. "It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!"

"The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also.
