"Hidden daily “urban” fee. Cost me as much as a whole night’s worth stay. Would have chosen a different hotel had the hidden extra daily fee been made clear when booking, rather than finding out when I’m checking in and it’s too late. A real drag on my vacation trip. "

"Stayed here to attend a concert at United Center. We were hoping we’d feel safe enough to walk and we were. So many people at the hotel were also attending the same show, we all walked back home in a big group! Room was large, breakfast was above the standard fare, service from staff very friendly and accommodating, and this area of town was not riddled with traffic. If I ever go to another event at UC again I’ll definitely stay here!"

"This was a nice hotel. It was close to our event and the staff was very willing to help. Their parking was sold out at check in so we had to park around the corner which was kind of a pain, but all in all it was a nice stay. They had a lot of good choices on the breakfast buffet."
