"The staff member was wonderful, but it took half an hour to find him when we were checking in at 4pm. The cleaning lady was great and brought us plates and cutlery. The whole hotel was a bit rough around the edges as renos are taking place. Lots of repairs and painting is still required and cleaning and window washing so that guests can see the lake are needed regularly. There was a bath with no taps, and that was disappointing. There was a restaurant with no tables and chairs and no chef. All the fences were a bit damaged, steps with chipped tiles, footprints on carpets, but as I stated the staff were delightful. The place just needs a manager to walk around and deligate jobs."
