"I was pretty happy with my experience. Only "complaint" was the lack of laundry on the premises (I like doing my own laundry) and the limited selection in terms or vending machines. Not really complaints just things I kinda look for when I stay at hotels outside a shopping district."

This request has never been an issue in any other Hostel. "This was budget accommodation and was adequate for sleeping and relaxing. The room was clean. Hot water took ages to arrive after turning on. The bathroom sink had a crack although did not leak. The front door lock was stiff and sometimes the door bolt would get stuck inside the faceplate - it had to be banged to get it to release."

"This hotel is well located next to Mingara Recreational Club where you have a number of restaurants and Bars to enjoy a succulent Chinese meal. Excellent attention to detail from the team at checkin."

"Got upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa which was fabulous! So spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool, tennis court and gym. Also loved the breakfast buffet. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. We're aready thinking about when we can come back again."

"Cockroach in bathroom in the middle of the night. Awful smell from the bathroom drain that we ended up putting small towels over it to stop the smell. Mould spores and mould on curtains in lounge room. They put us in a room directly across from the golf club and restaurant. From 4.30am very loud noises and people congregating behind my bedroom window talking loudly. Told reception who couldn’t care less and that’s it’s a golf resort so what do you expect. Still they are happy to take your $400...
