"Nice staff, nice area!"

"El hotel está genial , un gran servicio siempre. Nos encanta siempre regresar a México en la piel. En nuestra visita tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el jacuzzi. Nunca se calentó. El equipo del hotel hizo un gran esfuerzo en encargarse de problema. Incluso nos ofrecieron una noche adicional para que pudiéramos usar el jacuzzi. ( no funcionó ) pero la verdad nos trataron como reyes. Y siempre estuvieron al tanto de nosotros. Definitivamente si regreso a México el la piel. "

"We enjoyed our stay here very much! All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The layout of the resort was very unique and full of beautiful views. We would especially like to thank one of your staff members who works in the lobby - he helped us get around and helped us with anything else that we needed with such a welcoming attitude!
