The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making the entire stay feel effortless. I loved relaxing by the fire pits at night—everything felt serene and thoughtfully designed. I would absolutely stay here again."

"El hotel está genial , un gran servicio siempre. Nos encanta siempre regresar a México en la piel. En nuestra visita tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el jacuzzi. Nunca se calentó. El equipo del hotel hizo un gran esfuerzo en encargarse de problema. Incluso nos ofrecieron una noche adicional para que pudiéramos usar el jacuzzi. ( no funcionó ) pero la verdad nos trataron como reyes. Y siempre estuvieron al tanto de nosotros. Definitivamente si regreso a México el la piel. "
