"Overall the hotel is very nice and clean. Though I left my eyeglasses in the room. I tried calling the hotel but the message is in Korean. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. So, I lost my prescription sunglasses in their hotel."

"This hotel is a beautiful, classy gem sitting in an area that’s currently being renovated, with loud construction on all sides, taxis are blocked by excavators and dump trucks, the buildings across and next door are all either being torn down or will be soon. I appreciate the revitalization of this little block of itaewon, it’s just growing pains for now. The front desk staff were so helpful with excellent English. The party crowds nearby can be loud so if that bothers you, don’t stay in a party...

"Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, fußläufig zum Bahnhof, zur Metro und zu mehreren Bushaltestellen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl an warmen Speisen, Obst, Süßes, Müsli, Joghurt etc., so dass jeder fündig wurde. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken am ersten Tag, definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Allerdings hat die Dame beim Check-in meine Geburtstagsüberraschung verraten...

"We enjoyed our stay! The room had a great view, was very clean and serviced every day. It is located conveniently for commuters as it is connected to the subway station. However, the elevators can get quite packed and take long during peak times.The staff was very friendly as well. Would stay here again!"
