"Very convenient transportation wise. Trains services, mrt, buses all very easy to get , super cheap shopping for batik and ladies clothings at famous Thamrin City Mall . Also nearby Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia mall ,Sarinah mall. "Second time staying at Artotel Simpang Temu, room was quite spacious and clean. Amenities were quite good, shower and toilet are in excellent condition. The hotel is located next to commuter rail, MRT and airport train station. It does get crowded but the place is still lively even at night. Didn't get the breakfast option so can't comment on it but it looks quite good. "

"Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners. "

"Pour le prix, l’hôtel est très bien. Le quartier est parfaitement situé et la piscine de l’hôtel est très agréable. Par contre ne comptez pas avoir des douches avec de l’eau chaude ou bien parfois pas de douche. Mais sinon dans l’ensemble un bon rapport qualité prix. "

"Staff were unfriendly in regards to sending up 2 extra pillows, wanted to charge me for that. They would not provide a bowl or spoon from the kitchen. I wanted no food after kitchen was closed just a bowl for some soup and a spoon, they told me no. The bed was too hard and pillows were not filled enough. Noise from street and mosque 🕌 way too loud. Don't stay here. "
