"Don’t accept a room next to the elevator if you are a light sleeper. The sound of the elevator is loud and disturbing. I was on the first floor and you hear lots of talking from the lobby. "

"I really enjoyed the stay, however. On a busy weekend, you may or may not have parking. Its first come, first serve. Since the location has permanent residents, this can be a issue if you arrive back really late. So keep that in mind. Our room was just like the pictures, but our steamer did not work and when I asked for a replacement, that never came so we did not have a way to iron/straighten out our clothes. That was a bummer. "The desk agent seemed annoyed when I came back after checking both room keys and said they didn’t work. We asked for a different room. We found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, the floor was filthy, no lamp shades, no smoke alarm, noisy. The beds were on a metal base that made a loud noise every time I got up. "

"Breakfast was almost inedible. The eggs were really watery and gross. Area was dirty. The options were so limited compared to other like properties. Staff super friendly! Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. "

"The room was dingy with a broken sink. No one showed up to empty the trash let alone making up the bed and tiding up the room. Staff was non existent except when to run your card for incidentals. If you come late, the place is desolate and feels unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"My room was clean. The breakfast was decent, and our stay was comfortable. This is actually my second time staying at the residence inn. Both of my stays were nice.-"

"Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. "

"Nothing but complete FILTH!!!! Strong smell of WEED in every common area!! Parking lot is small so you may have to park in a shady lot across the street that was full of broken glass from cars being broken into.This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at in my entire life. 100% filthy!!! Kids feet and socks were disgusting within 3 minutes of being without shoes on. Wires hanging out of the wall where there is supposed to be smoke detectors, stopped up sink, leak inder sink, tub/shower...

"My bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and the mattress sagged. Other than that everything was fine."

"The ceiling in the bathroom had mold and after asking maintenance came and painted the ceiling. There was a half of roll of toilet paper when I checked in. I asked the front desk for more and the gentleman rudely told me they only give the first roll and you would have to supply your own after that. This extended stay has no pots or utensils so don’t even think about cooking anything. The overall experience was 2-3 stars ."
