Front desk staff likes to have an attitude when they're asked to remake a card after they deactivate it the cards for the rooms. Had multiple paint chips with brown smears on the walls."

"My hotel stay was extremely disappointing. After 3 rooms trying to accommodate all had issue. One of the rooms had a toilet with no running water at all, making it impossible to flush. I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP.
