"We departed on the morning of April 2nd. Knowing that the road conditions ahead were challenging, pushed to arrive before sunset, driving for eight hours straight. We arrived at our destination at 6:02 PM and notified our family of our safe arrival. After moving our luggage into the unit, we discovered there was no electricity. The staff kept us busy with futile instructions before finally admitting that a windstorm had caused a widespread power outage. They instructed us to wait. We were told...
