"Very nice hotel. Staff was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable. Had an issue with shower leaking water but they came immediately to fix the issue once we notified the front desk. Enjoyed the beach club. Only negatives were the high price of the resort fee which felt unnecessary for the “extras” it is supposed to be covering and the parking fee. There absolutely should not be a fee to park in addition to a daily resort charge. "

"I really like the hotel had so many fun activities, but it was very overpacked because it was Memorial Day weekend when I was there. They had fireworks right on the beach, so that was also a bonus. The hotel had an amazing coffee shop right in the lobby which was my favorite part honestly because I need a good coffee when I wake up. "

"This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The facilities were in very good condition, with a few exceptions (the carpets in the hallways urgently need replacing). The service was extraordinary, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, always attentive and available if anything was needed. Hidden gems: Cynthia at the bar is the best—friendly, cheerful, and service-oriented. The housekeeper, Sharon, was truly charming and attentive. 5 stars for both. I honestly recommend this hotel 100%. It's not beachfront, but its location is perfect for getting there, so you're not immersed in the chaos of the island."
