"The hotel was very nice, clean and convenient to the nightlife of St. Petersburg. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have was the whining and howling dog that was apparently left unattended for hours and hours."

"Staff is excellent but the property allows smoking outside. Marijuana smell was awful at the pool and cigarettes smell awful from our neighbors which smoke outside their room. Site says amenities that are not at all available. With the private beach, sand up by the pool not private beach at the ocean, there's no access to the ocean for people with handicaps. We will not stay at this motel ,and yes it's a motel, in the future."

"We enjoyed our 9 day stay! Rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The property is kept very well, beautiful outdoor pool, jacuzzi and the gym has great options for everyone. There was plenty parking, WiFi worked fast and the variety for breakfast was impressive and consistent every morning! We come to FL every year and wish we would have found this hotel years before but next year we will for sure book here again. Thanks for such a great long stay, it was perfect."

"We stayed in the Gulf view villa and it was perfect. We walked right out onto the beach. "

"Where can I start? The room was clean and nice. But that’s as far as it goes. The food was terrible. The breakfast buffet was cold and they ran out of food and dishes. The more crowded it got, the more dirty it was. The television in my room didn’t work as well. I wanted to watch the basketball game and the channel wouldn’t come on. Parking is a nightmare and the traffic to get to Ana Marie Island or Sarasota is brutal. I should have stayed in Sarasota. "

"The hotel's location is excellent! Our room was drab, bathroom was standard but, needed a thorough cleaning. These issues are overlooked at a lower price point, except ours was $800 for two nights. "
