"The first impression, walking into the rather small, yet bustling lobby can be underwhelming; however the reception staff were extremely courteous, professional and patient, welcoming us with a friendly greeting and a smile, while also patiently responding to any questions the guests might have. "It was very comfortable and clean. They had a discount on breakfast if you joined them and also a discount on parking. It was super close to the trams and had a krispy crème, kfc, and lots of shopping options across the street. I would definitely stay again."
