"I absolutely love the Nova I get a balcony every time. I especially enjoy seeing attractions from my balcony like the Netflix building. The service is AMAZING! The young lady at the desk has been providing great costumer service since day 1 and I’m a regular guest. Kind staff prompt with anything you need, the rooms are clean hallways smell great.
