When I mentioned what happened to the front desk staff they said they do have non-slip mats, but that they would bring it up to the general manager. The two days we were there the water never got hot, barely lukewarm. The breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of options. "

"My one-night stay was comfortable; the room was clean and adequate. The morning breakfast was very good and the service excellent. The only downside was because of some refurbishing projects the restaurant was closed, no hot tub and the pool was not functioning. Great view across the river."

"They were out of items like oatmeal by 8 for breakfast. The fan in the room did not stop all the time we were staying, even after we switched it off from the temperature control unit in the wall. "
