"Wir haben die Montvale Suite gebucht und waren enttäuscht. Dreckige Küche, schmierige Dunstabzugshaube . Es roch unsauber. Einrichtung veraltet. Höllenlärm wegen des ständig vorbeifahrenden Zuges. Klimaanlage funktionierte nur im Wohnbereich, die Schlafzimmer blieben warm. Nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe den völlig verdeckten Toaster an die Rezeption gebacht. Den hätte ich nicht nutzen wollen, und um einen neuen gebeten. Ich wurde unverständlich angeschaut und gefragt, ob der dennoch funktioniert....

"Stayed one night on our way to another destination. Easy to find. Outdoor area and riverwalk looked amazing, however, it rained while we were there so did not get to enjoy them as we'd hoped. Rooms were clean overall. Some updating has been done."

"The facilities and furnishings were gorgeous in the rooms, hallways, restaurants, lounges etc. The only disappointment was that our shower cleaning materials had not been refilled before we arrived. The shampoo container was empty, as well as the conditioner and shower gel. They all smelled good; however, we didn't get to use them."
