"Thank you to the manager and front desk staff for helping us with our booking. There was a glitch in the system and our booking with Expedia did not register with the hotel’s booking platform. The hotel was fully booked and did not have a similar room like we booked available. The manager graciously accommodated us and helped us immediately and even provided an upgrade. We were also pleasantly surprised that the location was very nice by the river and we could take evening and morning walks...

"Front desk staff when we checked in was less than accommodating and because I had booked through Expedia ( although cheaper than their discounted rate by 25-35 dollars) made us feel like second class citizens. I had previously supported and stayed at this hotel over 50-69 times over a ten year period. I will be looking for a more “accommodating” and warm reception from another hotel when I visit Walla Walla again."

"We are unhappy with the expedia policy of not listing handicap accessibility for the rooms. We were unable to obtain handicapped accessable room that included shower and grab bars. The hotel told use that because we booked thru 3rd party (expedia) they couldn't accomodate our needs. Very unhappy with expedia."
