"Jade was the best part of the experience. I watched her handle a very disturbingly disrespectful guest with perfect composure, it was really impressive to witness. Rooms were clean but outdated. The cable set up was highly disappointing, but the TV was nice. Close to the water but with everything in the Inn being under construction, makes for a hermit type stay."

"The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The space was nice, but a more comfortable chair or sofa would have been preferable, especially if I had planned on spending more than one night. The automated room check in, while unexpected, worked ok. However, the key that was issued did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to have a new one issued by the clerk. I asked for high floor and close to elevators. The clerk stated 1st or 2nd but we got on elevator someone going to 3rd floor who registered after us. I had paid in advance, so some emailed personal information was all that was needed. They gave me the code needed to enter the room.
