"Had a great stay here. Staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. Sad there was a tiny pool that was warm but no hot tub. Aside from that, no complaints here!!"

"The staff is absolutely amazing best experience I have ever had I will say the beds are not comfortable at all that is one thing that really needs to be upgraded is their beds my body hurts it's killing me after staying there for 2 days. The smell when you're walking through the hotel is very strong and a little overwhelming it's like an extra clean potpourri smell it's just a bit much. I'm pretty sure it's like that because you can smoke in the casino other than that I have no complaints at...

"This hotel was very nice. My only complaint was there was a glue on nail in the bed. Ew! Lol our room was serviced by Neveah the little card said. Im hoping it happened making the bed and not a previous guests nail. The kids wanted to swim in the morning and they close the pool for chemicals. Inconvenient time considering its open 24 hrs, you would think it would be cleaned in the middle of the night and not "working hours""

"Overall, this was a nice hotel in a convenient location, right next to the Rustic Moose Restaurant, which I highly recommend. I also want to recognize the shuttle driver who picked me up. He was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful, and I appreciated that he also assists with hotel processes. However, I do want to offer feedback about an experience that could have been handled with more hospitality and care. "Our stay was good but I wish the room was more clean. There was alot of dust on night lamps. The AC is old and was blowing so strong that makes windy inside the room and not possible to reduce it or change direction. Housekeeping didnt clean our room after first night. Not sure if they are supposed to make up every day or after the stay but I was expecting to have make up room. Breakfast was good and enough, similar to other hotels. I liked wafers machine, fresh apples. Overall stay was good but...

"The entrance was difficult to find, but otherwise the hotel was great. We appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom. There was a good breakfast and cookies in the evening. Our room was reasonably priced."

"The inn is a little older but was clean with very comfortable beds. The price for the view and free breakfast was outstanding. Watched the sun rise and set wiith a Columbia River views that were amazing."
