"The hotel is in walking distance to Riverfront Park. I thought the bathroom situation in my room was super annoying because the counter and sink are the in the common area and the shower toilet are in a separate room. You need these little tickets to get breakfast and a free drink in the bistro and that was also pretty annoying. But the staff was great, the pool area was totally adequate and fine, and it was fairly quiet Saturday night. "

"There was nothing in our room to cause me to think it was not clean. Occasionally, there are hints or remnants of previous guests in hotel rooms. There was nothing noticeable in this room. The grounds were well-kept, though j noticed that trash cans at the bistro were overflowing a bit by 8 am on Saturday morning."

"Always like staying here as it's clean, and well kept. Lately though a trend has emerged where the pool, hot tub or both are regulary out of service. As someone who always utilizes these amenities it's extremely disappointing and may have me looking elsewhere. I understand things happen but it's getting to be habitual. Call before booking if these are important to your stay. "

"This hotel is definitely older, you hear a lot from the halls, especially doors shutting. I had to bring my pup for heart surgery so the sounds weren’t great to try and keep him quiet. Overall the place is decent and most of the staff was really kind and friendly. The reason for my review is mainly for not being able to check in 40 minutes early. "The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, and it made our stay feel very welcoming. One thing I did want to mention is the floor in our room. There was a rough spot that both my daughter and son stepped on and ended up cutting their feet.
