"The pool was in good shape. The breakfast attendants were helpful."

"We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday so I paid for a balloon bouquet to be placed in the room upon our arrival. Unfortunately, it was not ready and we waited 40 minutes for it to be done. Management was very helpful and apologetic. Once the room was ready, there was an amazing balloon arrangement and extras. We were given a $50 food coupon to use at the resort to make up for the wait. The overall stay was great. Everything very clean and the bed was comfortable."

I didnt have the breakfast so can't comment on that. The staff at the front desk were very friendly at check in and helped me with a couple things throughout my nights stay."

"Located just yards from the Spokane Int Airport and less than a 100 yard walk from the Car Rental Return. Great rooms, great internet speeds, adequate TV selections, in room coffee. Good restaurant albeit small menu selections. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had and shuttle to and from the airport."

"Absolutely disgusting hotel. It is dated, but that isn’t the issue. There was a hair in the bed, multiple hairs in the bathtub. It smelled and the wall and floor were disgusting. I refused to let my kids eat their breakfast and if it was refundable I would have stayed somewhere else. We asked for a rollaway bed and were denied. Probably because they had it set up in the gym area for an employee to use."
