"Fitness facility had 3 pieces of equipment for aerobic exercise of which 2 did not work. Fairly sparse equipping of gym The inside shade for the room window has an automated switch, which was not marked or was it clear that that was a means by which the blind had to be put down or retracted. It was painful exercise to get that to work properly once we were told that it worked by way of an unmarked, very obscure looking switch."

"Before booking at Comfort Suits with Expedia my wife had called them asking about the Pool & Spa. Was told both were open and usable. When we arrived to checked in the person suppose to be at the front counter was rude and sitting at a table on his cell phone. He asked our name, said we were ready to go and pass cards on the front counter. Later went for a walk to check out the spa. Was a sign saying out of order when they just told us the day before it was all usable. When we question the front...

"You can hear every bang and movement of the adjoining rooms. The people next to us slammed and banged until 11pm. We had driven 16 hours that day and barely slept. Usually we like to stay in this set of hotels, but not this location."

"The room itself was fine - clean and comfortable. The property overall appeared clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The free "breakfast" was one of the worst I have encountered at similar motels or hotels that offer free breakfasts. Mostly prepackaged "food-like products", and other unhealthy offerings. Lots of carbs, only white bread, little protein, very little for vegetarians, etc. They need to up their game on breakfast offerings."

"I was excited about the slide in the pool area and was not disappointed! It was so fun! For my sister and I and my 2 nephews (teenagers)! They have a toddler pool area, 3-7ft pool, hot tub and the designated pool for the slide! The fire pit and the seating area outside was really nice! Breakfast was great! Friendly staff! Overall a great stay!"
