"Paid for a suite with two queens and a trundle. Recieved a king with a trundle. Not sure how a reservation can change. Was traveling with 4 children so it was not enough beds for us and therefore no one slept well. I understand they were full and could not switch us rooms, but we should have been entitled to at least a refund of the difference plus the inconvenience."

"Was a quiet location. The property needs maintenance. It is not a secure property even though they stated they have cameras. Anyone can walk in through the back doors. The room stunk. I had to ask them to shampoo the carpet. The tap was horrible. Splashed everywhere when turned on. Only lovely thing was the coffee and juice in the morning. "Have stayed here previously and it doesn't disappoint. Very clean and comfortable rooms and such easy access to the Spokane Airport. 24 hour shuttle service is reason for staying here. Just wish at the price there was some type of continental breakfast offerred. It would be nice to be able to grab a muffin or something quick without having to buy breakfast."
