"I stayed at this property in 2025 for about a week, but I was on the Mainstays side. My experience was exceptional last year. This year, my husband joined me. The desk staff were okay, one breakfast staff was exceptional! We had a room with 2 queen beds. Plenty of towels and clean. Both beds were extremely uncomfortable. "Overall the syay was fine. It was last minute as we chose to stay overnight in spokane to be closer to out very sick dog who was being treated at the pet emergency clinic. The beds were average but it worked for us. The staff was veey friendly and I witnessed great customer service from a staff member to an older gal who was likely seeking treatment down the road.
