"Shuttle bus hours of operation not so convenient. We had to take a shuttle hours before our flight with young children as there were no shuttles after that time before our flight. When we returned from our trip and requested a shuttle back to the hotel for our second stay, the receptionist was very rude and told us there were no more shuttles. "At 2am our toilet overflow, we had to pack up and move to another room in the middle of the night. Had a dog and child to transfer to the new room. In the new room the water temperature in the shower was backwards so cold was hot, hot was cold. Called General Manager Valencia to share my concerns. Never heard from her. I will be calling the head office about my stay and compensation for this trip. By the way breakfast was the same for the 3 days we stayed."

"The hotel was clean and our room was good. It had a really big walk in shower. The one thing I will mention is that during check in there seemed to be no one at the front desk. We waited for 10 minutes only to realize someone was sitting in the back room the whole time, they just didn’t know or acknowledge that we were there.
