"I arrived, the link didn’t work to register, so that I could get a copy of the entrance info with code to the unit. Address brought me to the back of the property. I messaged the host that I could not enter, they didn’t respond in a timely manner, so I couldn’t get in to the unit. I ended up booking another hotel bc I didn’t hear back and didn’t want my son and I to be stranded in Moscow. I’d like a refund!"

"Highly recommended – exactly as advertised! We had a wonderful stay here. The property was precisely as described in the listing – clean, thoughtfully furnished, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and we slept great every night. One of the biggest highlights was how quiet the place is.
