"Everything is good here. The room is clean, spacious and well planned. The staff is nice and truly helpful. Only one thing and I reckon it’s quite important that… the hair dryer… It’s not an user friendly hair dryer due to its switch… And I kinda got mad every time I used it… Oh! Breakfast is fantastic, not like a feast but you have everything you crave (western, eastern and meals for kids etc.) I am so satisfied with it!"

"Very nice hotel the pool and breakfast were very good not to mention the free shuttle bus to Kia Tak MTR station and shopping malls. I will stay here again on my next visit for sure."

"I was assigned a seaview room, nothing to complain with this price. The view is fantastic! However, the seaview window is on the corrider side, so for those who need privacy may prefer putting the curtain on. I would suggest people to bring your own soap for hand washing and plastic slippers, as the bathroom floor won't dry by itself and no soap provided. Prepare a one-off towel as a temporarily door mat would also be a good idea especially during rainy days, things won't easily dry even with...

"Not a bad hotel. Close to a shopping centre and good eateries around. The MRT is also a 10 minute walk which is convenient. Much further out than central. Really small gym and pool so amenities weren’t great to use. Room was good, decent size but not for the price paid. Overall an okay hotel to stay at."

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "
