"Recently stayed at the Dorsett, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations of a premium hotel experience. I received an upgraded room, but surprisingly, it did not include a bathtub—only a standard walk-in shower. For an "upgraded" accommodation, would be expecting a bit more luxury, so this was a bit let down. The most frustrating part of the stay was the state of the hallways. The corridors were consistently lined with piles of tied-up plastic bags filled with smelly rubbish...

"Excellent location. Best to catch the metro easier than the bus from the airport. The Front Desk team were very warm and professional. The breakfast staff were amazing and welcoming. Loved their vibe. Reservations was prompt in their response since I had extended with a 2nd reservation. Overall: Highly recommended. BIG THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STAY HASSLE FREE. Will definitely book again."
