"Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel with many extras. Breakfast and dinner were included along with 3 drinks a day at no extra charge. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Great location and would stay again! Only thing I wish could be improved is the valet set up. A bit time consuming; the staff running it do the bast they can with the spaces available."

"Very beautiful property! Shockingly peaceful despite the busy location. Housekeeping was AMAZING! Staff was very warm and kind, regardless of the many rude people they encountered (through no fault of their own). Thank you for providing an excellent home away from home. "

"Our room was moved from the original booking room. The room we were moved to was old and outdated, the beds were terrible, the bathroom tiny and we had to listen loud thumping music until after midnight from the bar downstairs. To enter our room we had to go through a large area that is used for convention gatherings requiring us to walk through all of the people that were having a pre dinner gathering. Worst hotel of our trip. Then upon checkout we weee charged a destination fee in addition to the overpriced parking fee. Beyond ridiculous "
