"Nice hotel off the strip with plenty of machines. "

"They do not value customers from Hotels.com highly. My initial room was facing directly to the parking lot and fairly dark. And they did not provide the upgrade, even though they had plenty of better rooms available online. After going back to the front desk, they told me that upgrades and rooms with views were for their "own" customers. The lady at the front desk was not at all service oriented. I finally did get a room at a higher floor. And the room itself was excellent. But no upgrade. It is all about setting expectations. So if you are not going to provide an upgrade, if you have a room available, then do not promise it."
