"Everyone at the casino/resort was so incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was kept clean (when we remembered to remove our do not disturb sign - lol). I highly recommend this resort to everyone! The lazy river was so fun! We won nothing at the casino, but that's expected - we had a lot of fun! Thank you MGM Grand - Las Vegas!"

"The lazy river pool at the MGM Grand facility was fantastic. It’s a little bit of a walk, but totally worth it. I must admit I was shocked at the resort fees. "Very convenient location for those who travel to Convention Center. Monorail station is at the exit of the hotel, as well as the Tesla loop. Great staff, everyone is polite, helpful and nice. The room (we had Luxe) was spacious and nice with a great view to golf court and mountains. The only negative experience we had was with checkin. The line was very long and it took us about 45 minutes to check in (it was very late at night), I would recommend to review the check in process and find...

"Hot tub jets didnt work. Beautiful hotel but i booked for 5 nights and they wanted to charge me $30 for more towels since i guess expedia doesnt have room services like that?!? And although there was no resort fee there was a $300 hold though to be aware of. The beds and showers were clean but baseboards were yellowing and dusty. Could use a deep clean from time to time"
