"If you are seeing a show at the Sphere, this is an excellent location to get there. About a 15min walk back from the sphere, I suggest an Uber to get there. The surrounding area is relatively safe at night if you are traveling in a group or with a couple of strong men. There are some homeless around, but I have never had an issue with anyone. In the evening I wouldn't walk alone or with only women. Rooms at this hotel are huge compared to the typical 1 king or 2 queen/double bed type rooms. There's a sitting & dining area in addition to the bedroom. It's all one large area. Ice machines on every floor and rooms have good AC. The property has several 3 story buildings spread out that house the rooms, similar to a resort. The front desk employees are polite but not very friendly; probably my least favorite aspect of the hotel. Lobby smells like cigarettes, but the hotel overall is very good. Large gym with lot's of cardio machines, weight machines, and lifting equipment, benches, etc... There is a Spa that provides basic massage services that are reasonably priced. It's a small space, not super fancy, but good massage. You change in the same room as your massage is in, there is only a thin sheet to lay under after you undress. The dining options are mostly average American cuisine. Food is good, but not great. There is no room service and if you want to order food from one of the restaurants, you have to do it in person, no phone orders are allowed. "

"Overall the hotel and casino were really nice. Clean and more modern. Love the thermostat and smart remote as well as having outlets and USB ports right by the bed. Decor was cute. I wish it had been communicated in some way before booking that the pool was not open yet. We chose this hotel because it had a pool bar and the weather was high 70’s into low 80’s all weekend, so we expected to be able to use it. The communication at check-in of what amenities were available to us was not clear. Everything was an extra charge. The $50 daily resort fee claimed to include perks including two whole water bottles. The minibar was overpriced and weight activated so we had to be careful not to accidentally move something and get charged. The “free water” was two tiny bottles in the room. They were stingy with the towels. If you wanted good WiFi, it was $20 extra. I guess Vegas is home to overpriced everything…. But still. I would recommend the hotel. Clean and nice. Friendly staff, and a nice alternative to staying on the Strip while still being close to all the action. "

"My first time staying at this resort. The room was comfortable. No kitchen sink and accessories. Just a large living room area with a sleep sofa and a queen size bed combined, with a separate bathroom. The room had a small microwave and refrigerator. I really did sleep well there. The resort is located in an area where there’s a few shopping centers and nice restaurants to choose from."

"Incredible. Best in Vegas. Adolfo at front desk was amazing. Every single thing at Encore and Wynn were five star from Adolfo to our cleaning staff. We got lucky with Vegas being slow & discounted rates. Convenient to the Sphere and quick walk to the iconic Peppermill for brunch. "
