The room was compact but spotless and well-organised, with a comfy single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and a side cabinet stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits—such a thoughtful touch. It had been a long time since I’d slept in a single bed, but it was surprisingly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. "The pub that I stayed in for the night, was very cozy. the bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Central to the center of town 2 min walk, the staff at the westgate pub were friendly and they cooked a very nice breakfast in the morning. the westgate is perfect for a one night stop over."

"Before we arrived I spoke to a lovely gentleman who arranged for a bottle of champagne to be put in the wedding couples room along with a card which was really appreciated. From the moment we arrived the staff were really lovely, the lady who checked us in promptly showed us to our room which was absolutely amazing!
