"It’s alrighttt, the amenities aren’t it though."

"The place was nice. However the price online isnt honored careful with hidden fees. I never experienced a change in price once you check in this started off disappointing. Then our shower wasn't working called housekeeping they wanted me to fix a leaking shower by instructing me how to fix it grab a towel and turn the knob tightly. I couldn't believe my ears I'm on vacation i didnt come to fix a shower. Especially after the ridiculous charges. They sent a repairman who repaired a strpped faucet. Repairman was great. Was never offered a new room a follow-up or apology. Will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there . Great disappointment!"

"The listing said king or 2 queens and they would only provide double rather than queens. No mini fridge was a shock, and not being able to call ahead for Valet so our car was ready wasnt fun either. "

"The room smelled like a downtown bar at 4 in the morning. I almost got lung cancer just opening the door. Management was a total zero. No empathy. Not apologetic. Non accommodating. No offer to move us. We left and went elsewhere. Just a horrible experience in every way. NEVER AGAIN. "

"Check in process was a self check in through a computer, lots of people were having problems, but employees were available to help. There were ants in the bathroom, everything else was pretty clean. "
