"Upon check in the clerk explained NOTHING about the property. No breakfast can be ordered at X time, pool is this way, nothing. My room was on the first floor, not even on carpet. My room was in the ballroom/ meeting hall. As a single woman traveling alone being on the 1st floor also meant that for safety reasons I couldn’t leave the curtains open with my room window being at the parking lot.
