"There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. "

"Thank you for welcoming us to your hotel. I like Courtyard by Marriott because they are usually clean and kept up. The Richmond West was above my expectations.
