"A Hyatt package came up and I decided to book it but as a longtime Accor loyalist, I didn’t expect much.
I was blown away! The room was perfect, quiet, the amenities were great, and the location was fantastic. I walked everywhere or took the train.
The best part, though, was the staff. They were warm, polite, and genuinely kind. Everything I needed was met with a “no problem.” I felt heard, seen, and truly valued. Carl and Ahmoud were amazing and went out of their way to make my stay incredible. Not once was I met with annoyance or anything negative — just smiles and kindness from every staff member I encountered. They honestly made me want to be a better person — that’s how exceptional the service was.
