We arrived on an early more flight and was greeted by George, who offered to store our luggage until our room was available, gave great info about the local area and travel options, and provided towels to allow us to freshen up after travelling through the night. Daily breakfast buffet provided a great variety and was regularly replenished. Perfect location, close to the beach, shops/restaurants and the tram stops right outside the hotel."

"Clean room, staff were super helpful and kind. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Breakfast was huge and delicious, everything you could ask for. Indoor pool did not seem heated and was not big for the amount of people in it at the time, has a gym but quite small and would be difficult to access if you had mobility limitations. I had a really great stay and I left my watch in the room and housekeeping retrieved it, which made me think there were lots of honest employees there. "
