"Check-in and check-out are seamless. Stayed at the newer tower and room is spacious and clean. On checkout, we receive nanjing exclusive magnet as a gift from front desk which is very thoughtful of them. Stayed at the hotel during birthday week and they send birthday cakes to the room even though we did not specifically mentioned our birthdays. Very nice of them to do so. Will definitely go back to stay again next time. Location is perfect"

"The restaurant is very nice and it has some Michelin status. However, the rice I ordered with my food did not arrive until much later and all my food was cold. I donβt mean to be critical but this is basic. Thanks. Love your hotel."
