"We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. A special call out for the friendly cleaning lady who did a great job and left us plenty of water :-) Everything was very new. Location was perfect for our trip to be near the Expo Centre. "The room was clean and spacious. The service staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was right next to the mall which makes it very convenient for shopping and food. Itโs just a short walk from West Lake as well. Highly recommended."

"Everything was perfect - location, room size, cleanliness, service. Short walk to westlake and we took a stroll to in77 shopping area. Before our rooms are ready, they have driver sending and picking us to nearby areas. The driver is very kind in recommending local food places for us (e.g. longjing restaurant main branch, ๅฅๅ ้ฆ) which is cheap and good and locals visited. Even after check in, if driver is available, also help to send us to dinner and pick us up after dinner, bringing us nearby shops to get something we needed. Driver also recommended us good places for massage. Concierge was also very friendly, with good memories as they keep track of our parcels when we were out for sightseeing. Although room is a bit old fashioned, but itโs clean and beds are comfortable. Thumbs up for everything."
