"Would have given a 5 star review but unfortunately neither me or my wife could have a shower, water would only come out at super hot no matter how I tried to ad cold it just stayed boiling hot. Both had to wash in the sink as a consequence. We were in room 6"

I made a mistake leaving a shirt and jeans in my room after leaving, the staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me in getting the items posted back to my house - really went the extra mile. "The parking was very good then we was taken to our room by a very friendly lady the room was spacious, fresh, very clean, and pleasing to the eye. The bed was very comfortable and big which we liked, the food is excellent and a good choice. We was very happy with this stay and we would be very pleased to return to this beautiful property again soon."

"Room was adequate, the heated towel rail was on the other side of the bedroom wall so the bedroom was uncomfortably hot, even at night - but the wife preferred this. The bed was quite firm and a good size. It was difficult to view the TV screen from the settee on the back wall. Tea (Yorkshire) and coffees were plentiful - not so much biscuits. Full English, plus cereals, juice, toast and tea/coffee refills welcome."

"When I booked the hotel I got the impression that there was parking there. When we arrived I went into ask where the parking was I was given a map and told to park in a residential street "5 minutes walk away". There were some public parking spaces outside and opposite the hotel (only one space opposite when we arrived) but the signs indicated it was maximum of 4 hours so we did park in one of the residential streets suggested. That night when someone checked in we heard the member of hotel...
