"Great location. Rooms were clean. Offsite parking for 49$. Rooms are really quite small. Very very slow and busy elevators. Phone didn’t work to call front desk. We kept being told someone would bring up a mini fridge to our room for our medications however it never got brought up and eventually after asking all day was told that they must be out. They did not follow up with us or offer us ice in the meantime."

"The rooms were bigger than expected! Very nice hotel and helpful staff. We arrived early than check in time was able to check in early for a fee. They had staff everywhere whom were very helpful with directions or if need any type of transportation. This was my second time staying here. Great location for all the things in the city!"

"No one answers the phone at the spa.
Bathtub clogged, engineering called and I was simply told the tub was not clogged so had to shower with water up to my ankles.
They do have a bar but it’s not well stocked.
The blinds in the room don’t hang properly, they’re wonky, and have to be moved by chain.
This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s not 3 either. Save your money and stay at a nice Hampton or Courtyard instead. This is a gross place, terrible staff."

"The hotel overall was pleasant. The front desk clerk on check in was very helpful. We were able to check in early but didn't realize until we got to the room due to fatigue....that was a plus. She called a can for us when we decided to sight see.
The restaurant staff was pleasant and the good was good for breakfast and dinner.
Checking out....it wasn't a terrible experience but felt like the staff was just waiting to clock out. Understandable after doing overnight but we ended up calling for...

"Our family used 2 rooms. Both rooms needed updated bathrooms. There was rust around the bathtub faucets and the silver in the mirrors was significantly peeling. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working but we did receive advance notices about that. The buffet breakfast is very nice. The property was clean."
