"Great location with very convenient parking. We picked it to be close to everything in downtown Memphis and it was just that. Be careful as it is so close to Beale street that the noise
At night might disturb you. We loved it. Only issue was the desk personnel communicated badly about when our room would be ready. That person was the exception as the rest of our stay was great."

"Iconic hotel, the lobby bar area is the main attraction. We always enjoy the ducks & drinks. The hotel rooms are nice. The beds are very comfortable.

"The black lady that worked on the morning of 8/16 needs more training in payments and customer service. The cleaning personnel on the 14th floor kept cutting the heat on in the hallway. The temperature reached 80 degrees. Also, the pool was closed and customers were not notified when checking in. One of the elevators stopped working. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The central station hotel is fantastic! It’s a great location in Memphis. It also has great on site restaurants and bar.
However, Expedia did a poor job as a third party. They did not have the right card information for the hotel so our payment did not go through. It was so difficult to get a hold of customer service at Expedia as well."

"I don’t think I have ever been to such a cool, eclectic, just beautiful hotel…ever!
Let’s start with the quick/friendly assistance the staff gave to make sure when we arrived, everything was easy…from parking to getting access to the hotel/room. Yes, it was via text…but there was no question or issue not taken care of!
Stepping in the hotel was like going back in time…everything was just magical…well to me at least!
