"This property used to be a department store and it is so unique! The lobby is gorgeous and we were given champagne at check-in. The rooms are beautiful and huge! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance and there was live music in the hotel!"

"We took our dog for a walkable trip in downtown. The property is very appealing and clean. The only option for parking is valet, which was easy and prompt. The food service staff and housekeeping staff were both friendly and professional. The room was quiet, our request about room location was honored, and we were provided everything we asked for from the staff. This is undoubtedly the best hotel in downtown Asheville. "
