"We have stayed here many times before. We are satisfied with this property and its a great location. All rooms are ocean front. New sofas were REALLY NICE upgrade. Our AC did not work properly, but maintenance did get it fixed. Mattresses and pillows could use refreshing. Top deck on patio was super nice addition, but it wasn't open for service. We have another stay booked for Dec!! We recommend the SeaRanch to our friends!!"

"Somewhere to sleep if you need a place to rest your head. The common area when you enter through hotel seems well kept but the rooms are not."

"The pool, ocean views from the room were beautiful. Unfortunately, during our visit one elevator was broke. Very frustrating with wait times as there was a wedding scheduled the same weekend. Our room was not clean when we arrived. Housekeeping never checked on us once. Instead, we walked outside our door to get soaps, coffee, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The staff is nice and friendly but just disappointing to arrive to a dirty room. A suggestion, place Keurig coffee makers...

"This was the first time staying at Hotel Atlantic Beach. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They checked us in quickly and easily, as well as sharing suggestions for great places to eat. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. There is a lot of pride of ownership here. It’s an awesome hotel."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We found the staff very friendly and helpful; they responded quickly to requests. Room was clean but in need of upgrades, especially the bathroom which was small for 2 people and the air conditioner unit which was very loud. Pool area was large and well maintained. While a nice property, it did not meet the standards of a Hilton."
