"Clean but not behind furniture - someone had unplugged the clock so I moved the nightstand and it was absolutely filthy behind it. Gross! Beds were fresh clean and comfortable. I figured out why they unplugged the clock no matter what you had it set on it made a humming static noise - annoying! The hairdryer didn't work and the plumbing struggled. "We could not get entry into our room so I got the desk clerk to help us, he overrode the door lock, but still the keys did not work, so we could not go out together, otherwise we would have been locked out again!! the area around the hotel was nice, but we had a room at the back facing a cement parking lot and little else. The beds were comfortable, but the room was really dirty though the bedding looked clean! there were feces on the wall next to the toilet which had stained the wall and it...

"Room was clean, staff was adequately helpful. Hallway smelled like urine, exposed wires were hanging from a missing light fixture. I think mediocre was the target and they nailed it. "

"Had no issues, other than I found some gross hairballs stuck to a couple of my towels. I know mistakes happen, so this isn’t a big deal. Otherwise, A grade stay. Staff wise, there was a certain morning crew person on breakfast was a little rude, but she could have had a bad morning. There was also a very pleasant gentleman that offset this. Overall, I had a good stay and will be staying here again on my next trip."

"Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All the staff was very friendly and really focused on our needs. It truly seemed like their goal was to make us happy and our stay memorable. Our room was spacious and clean. The following morning we had a hearty and delicious breakfast with home cooked favorites such as scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and many more. All in all a very nice stay."
