"I want to warn future guests that this place, advertised as Chelsea rooms, is not a hotel. It is a small building, located next door to a 7-Eleven, in an unsafe area with many drug users on the sidewalk right in front of their allways locked sidewalk door, specialy early morning and after 6 pm. The deluxe room they advertise was tiny (around 8 square meters), not luxury, and the bathroom (one square meter) and separate shower (another small 2 sm room) were both shared, which was never disclosed...

El único detalle fue la falta de personal en front desk, había mucha gente para hacer check in y solo una persona haciéndolo, no podíamos conectar al wifi y tampoco había concierge para ayudarnos."

"Our room was certainly a room, but not much beyond that. Shower and was falling apart, WiFi was terrible, and no full sized mirror, but besides that it worked for what it needed to do. Staff was super friendly and helpful!"

"Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sind schön sauber und überall duftet es sehr gut. Die Lage ist ideal und perfekt. Jedoch sind die Zimmer schon sehr klein - zu zweit ist es ziemlich eng - und extrem hellhörig. Leider ist zwischen Bad und Zimmer auch nur eine Schiebetür die nicht vollständig schliesst. Zum Frühstück gibt es Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und süsse Teilchen. Es sind auch mehrere sehr gute Cafes in der Umgebung mit tollen Frühstücksangeboten."

"A localização é perfeita, pois fica ao lado do metrô. na frente existe uma farmácia e uma loja com diversas facilidades para quando houver necessidade tarde da noite. Muito próximo existe o Zabars que é excelente para tomar café da manhã a preço justo com qualidade. As redondezas são seguras e fáceis de se localizar. Excelente custo x benefício."

"Room was extremely small , some areas of the bed side cover showed some wear. Mattress was extremely soft, pillows bulky ,had a hard time sleeping. Complained to the front desk manager about the mattress and pillows, no other options were available."

"Really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and decent size for NYC. I wished there was more security gaining access to the room floors as I was staying alone. Saturday night was noisy outside the window but that’s not the hotels fault. All and all the stay was good!"
