"The hotel was beautiful. The staff were definitely the highlight. Yajaira was so personable and helpful throughout our stay. When we had an ask, the staff was on it. Location was fantastic. Easy to get wherever we wanted to throughout the city. Would like to see this hotel upgrade its beds. Definitely would take this to a five star having a more supportive mattress with better quality pillows."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very clean and feels quite new. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect since it’s right in the center and close to everything."

"When we got to our room, it was cold. The heating unit was blowing cold air. We requested to have someone come check the unit out; we were told to leave it at 70 degrees to warm the room up. We left for the afternoon and when we returned to the room was it was freezing. With lots of back and forth from the room to the front desk, we were offered another room. When I went to the room to gather my belongings, the room finally warmed up. Needless to say, it was an inconvenience. "

"It’s was difficult paying for the whole 4 days when we first arrived, we dint receive house keeping on the second day, they left some trash behind after we asked to get taken out.we had to request a mini fridge to our room and there was no microwave available on the room either."
