"Loved the old style look of elevator doors. Rooftop was awesome. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again next tine we stay in the city"

"The room was very clean and the housekeeping was excellent. The noise from Orchard Street was insane. We slept horribly both nights. I guess next time we need to request a higher floor. Also, on Saturday morning my husband went downstairs to get coffee around 8:30 am and no one was working at the "coffee shop." The woman at the reception desk said "I guess they are late." The people at the Isla & Co restaurant seemed to be "with it" but the hotel staff generally did not seem well trained. ...

"Room was decent, lobby was decorated nicely, evening staff was not very friendly when I checked in, however the day time staff was friendlier during check out and liked that they held our bags after checkout since our flight was later. The restaurant was closed for renovations which really was the only amenity. The subway was really close so going into the city wasn’t too bad. "

"We were charge some mysterious fee without invoice and we contacted the hotel and were ignored. Unacceptable"

"The staff were really helpful. Helping us check in and booking us transport to JFK at the end of our stay. The only thing I would say is it should be made clearer that if you have a king bed with city view there is not all round access to the bed. When you are both over 60, one with a broken hand, it was not easy having to crawl to get out of the bed."

"Air conditioning was good, bed and bathroom seems pretty clean. Is seems a little outdated/old and had wallpaper peeling in a few spots. The hot water did not work even after I ran it for 10min waiting for it to warm up. "

"The team here is extremely attentive and very thorough. They got me checked in swiftly, explaining the amenities and how to access them. My room was clean and the AC worked. During my stay the weather was nice, so I was able to crack the windows open for some fresh air. Additionally, they delivered a tea kettle to my room with tea bags and all. The complimentary breakfast was okay. They had solid oatmeal options, yogurt, and fruits. They had tea and coffee which I didn't try."

"Perfect location in close to Times square, the theater district, and all the excitement of NYC. Breakfast was plentiful will full breakfast - eggs, bacon, breads, hashbrowns, etc."
