"This property is very close to Times Square which was perfect for us. The breakfast was hit or miss. All of the elevators weren't working on one day and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get an elevator. I would stay here again."

"We were so excited to try the Yotel due to its Japanese style rooms. WE left our house later than expected and arrived around 11:45pm. 1st read flag were the revolving doors not working. When we got inside we were greeted with 6-8 kiosk sections (not a human) when trying to retrieve our reservation, nothing was found. We had to wait in a long line for 1 receptionist to check us in.
