"Very dirty and no customer service"

"Last minute booking, overall, I was very please with my stay. The room was clean, breakfast was including in my stay along with free parking. The concierge was very nice. My phone was broke and he printed me directions to where I needed to go. I will be staying there again when I'm back in the city."

"They have a small parking lot which is a lot better than no parking lot in NY, so parking was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast that's included is great. It feels like not a lot of hotels include breakfast anymore so this was a huge plus. The common areas were nice and clean. The room was clean. The only thing I'd put in the suggestion box is; in the bathroom of our room where the toilet paper holder is screwed on it's a little bit too far. I had to give a good stretch while sitting...

"Good location in Flushing. About a 5-minute walk to the subway, making Manhattan accessible. Surrounded by excellent Asian restaurants and shopping. Our room was clean, comfortable and large. Includes breakfast, which many budget NYC hotels do not. I had to make two separate reservations and check in staff combined them so we didn’t have to switch rooms- very helpful."
