"We knew this wasn’t typical all-inclusive hotel, but the meal service kept changing during our stay. First, breakfast was a buffet, then it switched to a menu. One day the service was perfect, the next day it wasn’t. We couldn’t use the beach because of the large amount of seaweed. The rooftop pool is for adults only. The kids couldn’t enjoy the view. Our vacation wasn’t bad, it was just good."

"This place needs a lot of work—it’s clearly run down. The only real positive is the beachfront location, but beyond that, it’s very dirty and poorly maintained. I saw a cockroach in the restroom and there were a lot of mosquitoes. I would not recommend this place and wouldn’t stay here again."

"During our stay, we had a very good time. Hotel was clean and was taken care of well. Staff is so welcoming, nice, helpful, accommodating, and most importantly very friendly with authentic smiles. We liked the laid back and calm nature of the hotel. Saturday morning’s yoga session was excellent (we wish there were a few more sessions and advertised well). Improvement. Beach Access: It would be amazing if the hotel had a beach access similar to another beach two bars down. Or, have an agreement with their management to allow their guests to use that beach."

"Great location in a quieter area. Right on the water. Nice view and pool. Would be 5 stars but the room could have been a little cleaner. Everything was working well including great AC."

"The locations and vibe is amazing. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The food is limited there are three restaurants on the property and a food truck but it felt like we had ample options and they’re very accommodating. Would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway. "

"We had a wonderful 9-night stay at Bartolome Oceanfront Suites, and we wouldn't change a thing!!! We were always out on our balcony with coffee in the morning, and we often enjoyed magnificent sunsets there in the evening. The Staff were delightful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!!!! Special shout-out to Ricardo and Carenya (?) 🥰 They have a wonderful restaurant, but most of the time, we opted to explore the many options well within walking distance. We loved the energy of the neighbourhood, and we were also able to enjoy more peaceful times in the am+pm. Great bed, shower, view, food, location and wonderful people ♥️ Can't wait to return!!!!"

"While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again."
